Who We Are

This website is operated under the name Travel Reserve Agency ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent online flight-search and comparison service. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with any airline. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at support@travel-reserve.com.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you enter into flight search forms, such as origin, destination, travel dates, passenger count, cabin preference, and selected filters. We may also automatically collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and cookie or similar identifiers. We do not knowingly collect payment card details or government ID information through this website; any such details are entered directly with the travel supplier during booking.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and display flight search results, operate and improve website performance, remember your preferences, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, measure advertising and marketing performance, and comply with our legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We may share information with travel technology partners that supply search results, analytics providers, advertising partners, and service providers that help us operate this website. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or others. Any booking information you submit to a travel supplier is handled under that supplier's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain sharing of identifiers with advertising or analytics partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some U.S. state privacy laws; see "California Privacy Rights" and "Your Privacy Choices" below for how to opt out.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Technical and analytics data is generally retained for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated.
